    Nominate up to 5 eligible employees. Identify employed employees who are 12 to 16 weeks into their pregnancy and willing to commit to the full 14-week programme.

    Support their participation. Give your employees the time and space to engage with MAIA during the pilot. This is an investment in your people.

    Participate in the MAIA Foundations Workshop. We ask that relevant managers attend the included workshop to ensure a joined-up approach to supporting your employees.

    Complete organisational surveys. We will ask your HR or People team for feedback at key points. This data helps us measure real business impact.
