Eligibility Confirmation

We have at least one employed employee who is currently between 12 and 16 weeks pregnant and willing to participate

We will give our nominated employees the time and space to engage with the full 14-week programme

Relevant managers and leaders will attend the included MAIA Foundations Workshop

Our HR or People team will complete organisational surveys at key points during the pilot

We agree to provide an honest business testimonial at the end of the pilot

We understand this is a genuine partnership and commit to engaging with it in that spirit
